凤凰量子环在德国大型换热器防垢应用

2014年1月，德国凤凰量子环同英国专业生产大型换热器工程公司合作，配套应用于各石化企业热交换应用系统，防垢除垢效果明显，大大减轻了换热器清洗维护周期，提高换热效率，节约能源电力，效益明显，受到用户和工程公司欢迎和好评。

In January of 2014, Phoenix Ring Manufaktur, at the request of PlateTek Engineering installed a 4” Sialex® Optimum Ring configuration onto a Plate Heat Exchanger / Shell and tube heat  exchanger hot water circuit. Typically this combination required substantial cleaning during the  annual plant “shut down” maintenance.  During the operation period (approximately 10 months in each calendar year), “scale” build up  on the heat exchanger surfaces results in a decrease in heat transfer efficiency and anincrease in fuel consumption
